It’s that time again. Elections are quickly approaching. That’s the Torque Converter Rebuilders Association Board of Directors elections. The most important thing we can do to help generate and keep interest in our specialized industry is to take part in this very crucial process. There will be two seats contested in this upcoming election.
The process is simple. The BOD positions are open to any member eighteen years of age or older who are in good standing with the organization, and current with dues payments.
Interested candidates can self-nominate or nominate other members by sending an email to Len Wack at email@example.com . If you do not have access to email, you may send your nomination by mail to Len Wack, 96 Deckertown Tpke, Montague, NJ. All nominations will be confirmed by telephone. Nominations close on March 1, 2012.
Each dues paying company will be allowed one vote. Members may vote at the annual seminar and member meeting, to be held in Knoxville, TN. For those not attending the meet, provisions for voting prior to the seminar will be made by mailing your vote to Len Wack, no later than April 1, 2012. Ballots will be provided in a timely manner.
We strongly encourage members to consider taking a more active role in the only association that brings together members of the torque converter rebuilding industry. The Board of Directors meets about once a month in a conference telephone call and offers great opportunities to interact with some very talented people.
