Board Of Directors Tim Prugh

Tim Prugh

Board Member

Board Membery, Tim Prugh, had early career plans to follow his father and two brothers into law enforcement, but his father suggested a different path.  Since High School, Tim had been employed in the automotive parts business, and although he had completed all the requirements for law enforcement, he chose to take his father’s advice.  Tim’s automotive career began in auto parts sales, then moving on to warehouse & distribution management of automotive parts.

In 1980 Tim joined the torque converter industry soon after marrying into the Mamco Converters family.  In 1994, Mamco Converters was purchased by ATC, and Tim remained with the company as Plant Manager.  In 1996, the Maynard family re-entered the torque converter business as Consolidated Vehicle Converters.  This allowed Tim to once again join the family business.  Tim is currently General Manager of Consolidated Vehicle Converters (CVC).  Tim’s primary duties include administration, cataloguing, and customer service.

Elected to the Board of TCRA in 2012, Tim’s vision for the future of the organization is to improve the service and support for the members, and continue to improve access to specifications and technical information.

When not involved with CVC, Tim enjoys a game of golf.
